Aduvee Policies at a glance

Policies at a Glance

The full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are the binding versions. This page sums them up in plain words so you can find the part you need quickly. If the summary and a full policy ever disagree, the full policy wins. Questions go to [email protected].

1. What Aduvee is, briefly

Aduvee is a one-on-one video chat at aduvee.cam. You can match at random by video, audio or text, pick someone from the online list and call her from her profile, send messages, follow people, scroll a video feed and watch live rooms. It runs in the browser and can be added to a phone home screen. It is for people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where they live.

2. What we collect, briefly

Nobody’s personal information is sold. The full detail, including who helps us run the service, is in the Privacy Policy linked at the bottom of this page.

  • A guest identity created when you arrive, and anything you add to a profile.
  • Messages, gifts, follows, blocks and reports.
  • Device, browser and approximate country, used for matching and to prevent abuse.
  • Purchase records for coins and VIP; card details stay with the payment provider.

3. Money, briefly

Free to start: new users get free matches, and rewards pop up on the site now and then. After that, coins keep matching going and pay for gifts. Coins are sold only in the coin wallet, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. VIP is optional and monthly. Anyone asking you for money any other way should be reported.

4. House rules, briefly

The full list, with examples, is in the community guidelines linked below.

  • Be kind and accept a no.
  • No explicit content and no pressure.
  • No money requests, links or advertising.
  • No pretending to be someone else.
  • No recording or sharing other people's calls or messages.

5. Guests and accounts, briefly

You can use Aduvee without filling anything in: a guest identity is created when you first open the site. Signing in is optional and keeps your follows, messages, coins and VIP status together. A few features, such as call history, need you to be signed in. Whichever you choose, you decide what goes on your profile.

6. What other people see, briefly

Other users see your display name, your profile photo and details, whether you are online, and the country and languages on your card. They do not see your email, payment details or IP address. Anything you show on camera or write in a message reaches a real person, who can remember it or take a screenshot on their own device, so keep personal details to yourself.

7. Live rooms, briefly

You can watch live rooms, comment, send gifts with coins and go one-on-one from a room. You cannot start a stream of your own. Comments are seen by everyone in the room, and the same house rules apply to them as to calls and messages.

8. Reporting and blocking

Every profile has a menu with Report and Block. A report lets you choose a reason, add a note and attach up to three screenshots, and it is sent to the site. Accounts that break the rules may be warned, limited, suspended or closed.

9. Your choices

  • Stay a guest and share as little as you like.
  • Edit your profile, or ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion.
  • Stop using Aduvee at any time.

10. Getting help, briefly

For a problem with one person, use Report on their profile. For payments, coins, VIP, your account, privacy requests or bugs, email the support address with what happened, when, and on which device. A screenshot or a payment reference helps. We will never ask for your password or full card number, and nobody should do so in our name.

11. When these policies change

Policies are updated when the service changes, for example when a feature is added or removed. Each full policy shows the date it was last updated, and this summary is updated at the same time. Bigger changes are pointed out on the site, so you do not have to check these pages every week.
