Where do you write to Aduvee?

Email [email protected]. It's the one support address for everything that isn't about a specific person: payments, coins, your account, bugs and questions about the site. There's no form to fill in and no ticket number to keep. Just write the way you'd explain it to a friend.

If your question is about one person's behaviour on a call or in messages, use Report on their profile instead. That goes to the site with the right details attached, which an email can't do.

Three fixes that solve most camera and sound problems

A black screen, a silent call or a match that never starts is almost always one of these. Try them in order before you write; it takes about two minutes.

  1. Allow camera and microphone

Click the lock or settings icon next to the address bar and set camera and microphone to Allow for aduvee.cam. On a phone, check the browser's own permissions in the system settings too.

  2. Close other apps, then refresh

Only one app can use the camera at a time. Close video calls, recorders or other tabs that might be holding it, then reload the page.

  3. Update the browser

An old browser version is a common reason a call connects without picture. Update, restart it and open Aduvee again.

What should you put in the email?

Four things: what happened, roughly when, which device and browser you were on, and your guest or account name if you can see it. A screenshot helps more than a long description. With those, we can usually look into it without writing back to ask.

Please don't send passwords, full card numbers or photos of ID documents. We'll never ask for them, and nobody claiming to be from Aduvee should either. If someone does, that's worth reporting.

What if a coin payment goes wrong?

If your balance looks wrong, a top-up didn't arrive or VIP isn't showing, email us with the time of the purchase and the receipt or reference from your payment provider. Coins are bought only in the in-site coin wallet, so a charge from anywhere else did not come from us.

For how coins, gifts and VIP work in normal use, the coins and VIP page answers most of it without an email.

Reporting a person instead of emailing

For anything one person did, Report on their profile is the quicker route, because it arrives with the right account attached. The page on whether Aduvee is safe shows where that button sits, and the community guidelines list the rules reports are checked against.

For a bug, though, email is the right place. Tell us the device, the browser and its version, the page you were on and roughly when it happened. A screenshot of what you saw helps more than a long description, and it saves a round of back-and-forth questions before anyone can look into it.

Account and sign-in problems

You don't need an account to use Aduvee; a guest identity is created when you arrive. If you did sign in and can no longer get back to your follows, messages or coins, email us from the address linked to that account and describe how you signed in last time.

What a guest can do, and what signing in keeps for you, is set out on the Aduvee login page.

Privacy requests

To ask what we hold about you, or to have your account and data removed, email the same address and put "Privacy request" in the subject line. Write from the email linked to the account, so we can tell the request really comes from you. What we collect and why is described in the Privacy Policy.

And if you came here with a general question about what the site is, the Aduvee home page is a quicker read than an email.
