Aduvee Community Guidelines

A call on Aduvee only works when both people feel fine being there. These guidelines are short on purpose: what's welcome, what isn't, and what to do when someone gets it wrong.

Be kind first

Every call on Aduvee puts two real people face to face, usually in different countries and often in different moods. Start with hello. Be the kind of person you'd like to get matched with on a bad day. A little warmth costs nothing and it makes the next ten seconds far easier for both of you.

Being kind doesn't mean staying. You can tap Next at any time without a word of explanation, and so can she. Leaving politely is part of the deal, not a rule break.

What counts as keeping it clean on camera?

No explicit content and no pressure. Keep your clothes on, keep the camera on your face and keep the conversation something you'd be fine with a stranger repeating. Flirting is fine when both of you are enjoying it; asking someone to show more than they offered is not.

The same goes for the background. Anything hateful, violent or explicit on a poster or a screen behind you counts as content too. If you're unsure, it probably doesn't belong in the frame. For the softer side of this, there's a page about flirting without being pushy.

Why are money requests and links not allowed?

Because they are how people get hurt. Asking for money, sending payment details or pasting links to other sites is not allowed in calls, messages or live room comments. On Aduvee, coins move only through the wallet, so any other request for money is a red flag, whoever it comes from.

Selling things, advertising other services and posting the same message to lots of people fall under the same rule. You can read how coins and gifts really work on the coins and VIP page.

the short version

Respect a no

If she says no, changes the subject or goes quiet, take it as the answer. Don't ask again in a different way. Don't follow up with ten messages. Don't call back straight after she ends a call. One no is enough, on the first minute or the fortieth.

This also covers the camera. If someone prefers to stay on audio or text for a while, that's their choice; a match type is something you pick, not something you negotiate. You'll find the three ways to talk explained on their own page.

No pretending to be someone else

Use your own face and your own voice. Don't play a video file into your camera, don't use someone else's photos on your profile, and don't claim to be staff, a celebrity or a person you know. A nickname is fine. A fake identity is not.

Impersonation is one of the report reasons on every profile.

Reporting someone who breaks these rules

Use Report in the menu on the person's profile and choose the reason closest to the rule they broke. A report that names a rule from this page, harassment, money requests, impersonation, is easier to act on than a general complaint. The full walk-through of Report and Block is on the Is Aduvee safe? page.

What happens when an account breaks these rules?

Accounts that break these guidelines may be limited or removed from Aduvee. How strongly depends on what happened: a one-off rude remark is not the same as asking for money or showing explicit content. False reports made to harm someone also count as breaking the rules.

The legal version of this sits in the Terms of Service. If you think your own account was limited by mistake, write to us through the contact page and say what happened.

These rules apply everywhere on Aduvee

Random matches, calls from a profile, messages and live rooms all follow the same guidelines. Live rooms add one thing: comments are seen by everyone watching, so keep them to what you'd say to a full room. If you're new, start on the Aduvee home page and the rest will make sense quickly.
